Arabic Customer Support Agent

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent with a strong background in paid digital campaigns to join our Lisbon-based team. This role blends marketing insight with hands-on customer care, supporting clients through their digital advertising journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support related to paid media campaigns
• Answer client inquiries via phone, email, or chat with clarity and professionalism
• Troubleshoot campaign setup and performance issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign goals are aligned and met
• Guide clients through platform navigation and usage best practices

Requirements

• Direct experience managing or supporting paid campaign activities (must be clearly shown on CV)
• Degree in Marketing or strong digital marketing background
• Fluent Arabic (C1/C2) + English B2
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
• Must be based in Lisbon
