Role Overview

We are looking for an Arabic‑Speaking Digital Marketing Support Specialist to support clients with paid marketing campaigns and performance analysis. This role requires hands‑on experience in digital marketing tools and close interaction with marketing platforms and data.

Work Schedule

Initial Phase (12‑hour operation):

• Monday to Sunday: 07:00 – 19:00
• 2 shift options:
  • 07:00 – 16:00
  • 10:00 – 19:00
• 2 rotating days off

Later Phase (TBC by client):

• Monday to Sunday – 24/7 rotative shifts
• 2 rotating days off
• Candidates must be comfortable transitioning to a 24/7 environment

Language Requirement

• Arabic: Native level

Native Arabic speakers from any country can be considered

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience in paid campaign management
• Mandatory experience with Google Analytics
• Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Customer‑oriented and detail‑focused mindset

Salary Package

• Base Salary: €920 per month (paid over 14 months)
• Additional Allowance: €40 per month (paid over 11 months)
• Bonus: N/A

Benefits

• Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day
• Health Insurance:
  • Available from Day 1 (monthly contribution required)
  • Free after 6 months of contract
