Located in the heart of Lisbon, ME Lisbon is a luxury hotel known for its modern design, vibrant energy, and exceptional service. We create unique experiences for both business and leisure travelers, and now we’re looking for a strong leader to elevate our dining experience.

Mission: As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will lead by example on the restaurant floor, ensuring service excellence at every moment. You will coordinate the service team, uphold ME Lisbon’s high-quality standards, and deliver personalized guest experiences that consistently exceed expectations.

What are we looking for?

• 
  
  1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
  
  


• 
  
  Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with a hands-on and service-focused approach.
  
  


• 
  
  Genuine passion for quality, guest satisfaction, and team development.
  
  


• 
  
  Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a valuable plus.
  
  


• 
  
  Solid knowledge of F&B service, food handling, hygiene standards, and food safety protocols.
