Job Description -

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Handle customer inquiries, issues, and requests promptly, ensuring effective resolution and high-quality service.

Onboard new customers and provide product demonstrations, training, and guidance as required.

Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and drive continuous improvement.

Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and contribute to product and service enhancements.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support operational efficiency and reporting.

Qualifications -

Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Business Analytics

Certifications -

Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management - ServiceNowServiceNow, Customer Experience Certification (COPC) - COPC Inc.COPC Inc., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst - SalesforceSalesforce

Required Skills -
