Key Responsibilities

• Take an active role from day one in identifying initiatives to improve service quality and advertiser experience
• Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and B2B customer support cases across email and chat channels
• Own customer queries and drive resolution by collaborating closely with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams
• Support advertisers with generic, technical, and product-related issues
• Drive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by ensuring service quality throughout the full case journey
• Provide clear and timely updates across all customer touchpoints
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining best-in-class productivity
• Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on:

1. Product features
2. Common issue types
3. Best practices for digital advertising success

Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who combine digital marketing expertise with a strong customer-oriented mindset.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience in paid campaign management

• Degree in Marketing or a related field

• Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing

• Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech environment
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and a solid understanding of digital advertising fundamentals

• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Working Schedule

• Initial Schedule: Monday to Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00

• Rotating shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 / 10:00 – 19:00

• 2 rotating days off

• Future Schedule (TBC by client): 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €920.00 gross/month (paid in 14 months)

• Complexity Bonus: €40.00 gross/month (paid in 11 months)

• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day

• Relocation & Accommodation (for candidates relocating from outside Portugal)
• Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (free after 6 months, enrollment requires a valid NIF and NISS)
