Right now, we are looking for a Backoffice Support Technician to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon or Porto.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage and process customer and supplier requests in an accurate and timely manner;
  
• Follow -ups with vendors and partners regarding opened support requests;
  
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow;
  
• Assist in resolving customer queries and issues through efficient communication;
  
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency;
  
• Managing ticketing System for support requests.
  

You must have:

•  Minimum 12th grade level;
  
• Fluency in Portuguese;
  
• Fluency in English (valued);
  
• Knowledge of customer service and logistics;
  
• Ability to manage multiple complex processes and policies;
  
• Experience in product or warranty management;
  
• Strong problem -solving skills;
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  
• Proficiency in office software and data management tools;
  
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
