Ready to step into the world of finance with one of Germany's leading banks?

We're looking for motivated, service-minded professionals to join a secure, fast-paced customer experience team in Lisbon. Handle meaningful conversations with clients, assist with banking services, and be the first point of contact for one of Germany's most trusted financial institutions (name confidential).

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver inbound customer support via phone and email for German-speaking banking customers only.
• Assist with account setup, phone banking identification, T-PIN, and mobile banking app installation.
• Resolve inquiries related to retail banking services, transactions, and account access during the first contact.
• Navigate sensitive financial data with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate with team leads to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

️ What You Bring

• Near-native or native fluency in German (C2) is mandatory
• Solid English skills (B2) for internal communication
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Lisbon, including Saturdays (rotating days off)
• Already hold or are willing to obtain NIF and NISS numbers for health insurance enrollment

What We Offer

• Base Salary: 1,100 EUR gross/month (x14 months)
• Monthly Performance Bonus: up to 100 EUR gross (x12 months)
• Meal Allowance: 7.63 EUR net/day via meal card ( 2014,32/year)
• Health Insurance: Private coverage from day 1
• Contract: 6-month employment contract

For candidates relocating from abroad:
Get a private room in a shared apartment (max. 12 months) at just 280EUR /month, all utilities included deducted directly from your payslip.
️ Well reimburse your economy-class airfare (up to 400 EUR ) after 6 months.
Already in Portugal but living in competitor housing? You may still be eligible.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday, 08:00-17:00
• Rotative schedule with 2 consecutive days off
