BARTENDER/ BAR STAFF

Were looking for an energetic and friendly Bartender / Bar Staff to join the team at a vibrant bar in the heart of Cascais. Youll be part of a dynamic and supportive environment, serving amazing clients and working with a great team.

What you'll do:

• Serve drinks and snacks to customers at their tables

• Provide a warm, friendly, and professional service

• Support the team in creating a welcoming and organized space

• Communicate effectively with the inside bar team

• Follow hygiene and safety standards

• Help keep the floor area clean and presentable

What we're looking for:

• Experience in hospitality or table service (preferred)

• Fluent in Portuguese and English

• Friendly, responsible, and team-oriented

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed)

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Funções principais:

• Servir bebidas e refeições snack às mesas dos clientes

• Prestar um serviço simpático, atencioso e profissional

• Ajudar a manter o espaço acolhedor e bem organizado

• Comunicar de forma eficaz com a equipa do bar interior

• Cumprir normas de higiene e segurança

• Garantir que a sala se mantém limpa e arrumada

Perfil que procuramos:

• Experiência em restauração ou serviço de mesas (preferencial)

• Fluente em português e inglês

• Pessoa simpática, responsável e com espírito de equipa

• Disponibilidade para trabalhar à noite, fins de semana e feriados (conforme necessário)

• Boa atitude e comunicação
