This role supports YouTube-related services across different products such as YouTube Shots, YTC, and YouTube Social, offering a stable weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Support users with YouTube product inquiries

• Provide accurate and timely customer assistance

• Follow internal processes and quality guidelines

• Ensure positive user experience

Requirements

• German fluency required

• Open to candidates with or without experience

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary (no experience): €15,260 gross per year

• Signing bonus: €2,000 – €2,500 (depending on profile)
