About the Role
Join a multilingual customer support team in one of Southeast Asia's most dynamic cities. You will be the voice for Taiwanese Mandarin-speaking customers, delivering support in both Taiwanese Mandarin and English.

Working Pattern

• Weekdays: shifts between 9 AM and 10 PM
• Weekends: shifts between 9 AM and 6 PM
• Two days off each week

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer questions in Taiwanese Mandarin and English
• Find practical solutions and keep every interaction friendly and professional
• Follow internal guidelines to ensure a consistent customer experience

What You Need

• Native-level Taiwanese Mandarin
• Fluent English
• Basic customer service knowledge
• A Bachelor's degree, required for employment pass processing
