Job Title: French Customer Support Specialist Telecom Products
Location: Porto, On-Site
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 to 19:00 (rotating shifts of 8 hours)
Languages: Native French or Strong C2
Who We Are:
Join a dynamic team in Porto! As a French Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers across multiple channels, providing guidance on subscriptions, billing, technical troubleshooting, and more. Passion for helping people and strong French communication skills required!!!
What Youll Do:
Handle incoming calls from customers.
Welcome and advise customers, offering personalized solutions.
Support customers with subscriptions, billing, and technical troubleshooting.
Share and live a positive customer-focused culture daily with your colleagues.
What Were Looking For:
Native French or C2-level French.
No prior experience required.
Ability to work on-site in Porto (only local candidates within 30km).
Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
Salary & Benefits:
Base Salary: 930 euro/month (14 payments)
Performance Bonus: 100 euro/month for the first 3 months, then INCREASING
Meal Allowance: 9 euro/day
Transportation Reimbursement: Up to 40 euro/month
Private Medical Insurance
Total Compensation: Over 1,400 euro gross/month (12 months) including base, bonus, and allowances
