What You'll Do:

• Analyze customer concerns and report insights, impacting user experience globally

Who You Are:

• Fluent in German, and comfortable communicating in English (minimum level B2)
• Experience in customer support or contact center (12+ months preferred, but not mandatory)
• Knowledge of key BPO metrics (C-SAT, NPS, SLAs) is a strong plus
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and excited to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem solver, calm under pressure, team player
