We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks within the Brokerage department. You could be part of the team!

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

• This position performs general brokerage tasks related to the export of international shipments.
• Ensures that exports comply with local customs regulations.
• Other technical and administrative tasks related to the role.

What do we expect from you?

• Brokerage certification – preferred
• Previous experience in a call center environment – preferred
• High school diploma – preferred
• Intermediate level (B1) of English (written and spoken) – preferred
• Fluency in Portuguese
• Knowledge of Spanish
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Results-oriented
• Problem-solving skills
• Teamwork mindset
• Working hours:

• 10:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday
• 13:00 – 21:00, Monday to Friday
• 09:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday
• 09:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday
