BU Leader Energy & Utilities (Sales)

Requirements

We are looking for a BU
Leader Energy & Utilities to drive the growth and positioning of our
business within this strategic sector.

This role combines business
leadership, sales excellence, and market vision, with full ownership of the
business unit’s performance. You will be responsible for developing new
opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and leading a high -performing
sales team in a fast -paced, results -driven environment.

What You Will Do

• Define and execute the business strategy for
  the Energy & Utilities unit;
  
• Identify and develop new business
  opportunities, clients, and partnerships;
  
• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to
  deal closing;
  
• Build strong relationships with key
  stakeholders and C -level decision -makers;
  
• Drive revenue growth and ensure sustainable
  business expansion;
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team,
  fostering a high -performance culture;
  
• Collaborate closely with delivery and internal
  teams to ensure successful project execution;
  
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients,
  understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly. 
  

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in Sales or Business
  Development (5+ years);
  
• Experience in the Energy & Utilities
  sector (highly valued);
  
• Strong track record in closing deals and
  growing business;
  
• Experience in leading teams and/or business
  units;
  
• Background in IT services or outsourcing is a
  strong plus;
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and
  stakeholder management skills;
  
• Strategic mindset with a hands -on,
  results -oriented approach.
