Business Acceleration & Strategy Analyst

As a Business Acceleration & Strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in boosting efficiency across the organization by coordinating high-impact projects and supporting strategic transformation initiatives. You’ll work closely with multiple business units and senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution of transversal efforts and prepare executive-level presentations for both internal and external audiences.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Help coordinate transversal projects across the group with a focus on organizational efficiency
• Support business units in implementing key transformation initiatives
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
• Prepare high-impact presentations for top management, board, and shareholders
• Track and organize transversal initiatives using structured project management approaches
• Support the Efficiency Program as part of the management team, including tracking of key initiatives
• Manage and support recurrent Committees regarding data aggregation and consolidation, presentation updates and decisions tracking
• Prepare strategic presentations for management, shareholders, and other governance bodies

We’re looking for someone who is dynamic, collaborative, and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, transformation offices, strategy, or management support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you're great with people and can navigate different teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint – strong presentation and storytelling capabilities
• Ability to work in a high-paced, international environment
