Mission and Team Hook

As part of our Market and Insights & Analytics team, you'll work at the heart of the business, helping shape commercial strategies through insights, analytics, and performance measurement. 

Impact you'll own

As a Business Analyst, you will transform data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions. Working closely with Consumer Experience, Portfolio, Sales, Key Accounts, and Commercial Operations teams, you will analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide reporting data-driven recommendations. This role offers the opportunity to develop commercial knowledge and expertise in business analytics, data visualization, automation, and advanced analytical techniques. 

What you will do

Analyze business performance to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and key business drivers across brands, categories, channels, customers and commercial functions

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver analytical solutions to key business questions

Translate data into actionable insights that supports strategic business decisions by conducting ad-hoc analysis, business investigations and reporting. Present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling way

Develop, maintain and enhance reporting products, ensuring accurate tracking of key KPIs, automation and data visualization best practices

Improve data quality, reporting processes, and operational efficiency through continuous improvement and automation

Support the application and advanced analytics, including predictive analytics and machine learning, to drive business value and measure business outcomes

Skills & Capabilities

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

At least 1 year of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Strategic Consulting or a similar analytical role

Experience working with business stakeholders and translating business questions into analytical solutions

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning capabilities

Ability to interpret complex datasets and transform findings into business recommendations

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint skills

Experience with data visualization and BI tools is a plus

Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, Python, ML or similar analytical tools is highly valued

Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese
