We’re looking for a Business Developer focused on MICE and Corporate who knows how to open doors, build real relationships, and turn opportunities into business. Someone who doesn’t just sell events, but creates experiences clients want to come back to.

What you’ll do

You won’t just manage leads. You’ll build business.

You’ll grow MICE and corporate revenue through your network and proactive outreach
You’ll convert enquiries into high-value opportunities, working both reactively and strategically
You’ll build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business
You’ll represent Bomporto at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
You’ll manage the full event journey, from enquiry to on-site presence and post-event follow-up
You’ll help shape bespoke, high-end experiences aligned with our brand
You’ll own your targets and consistently push to exceed them

Who you are

You have 2 to 4 years of experience in MICE, corporate sales, or luxury hospitality
You bring a strong commercial mindset and valuable industry connections
You’re confident, client-focused, and naturally relationship-driven
You’re hands-on, organized, and comfortable being present during events
You communicate with ease in English and Portuguese. Other languages are a plus
