With a strong data-driven culture and international expansion plans, we’re now looking for a Business Development Manager who brings real commercial impact.
We're looking for a closer — not someone who just sets meetings, but someone who builds their own pipeline, negotiates with confidence, and signs new business that delivers real profit. And we’re looking for someone who knows that the real growth often happens after the initial contract.
You'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new B2B opportunities in verticals like health, energy, and insurance. But more than that: you'll stay close to the client, manage the relationship, and help scale the partnership over time — from €5K test budgets to €50K — or even €100K+ — monthly investments.
Your Responsibilities:
Own the full outbound sales cycle — from prospecting to closing
Identify high-potential clients aligned with our lead-generation business model
Manage and expand your B2B pipeline using CRM best practices
Lead qualification and discovery meetings with decision-makers (remote or in-person)
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and expectation alignment
Report weekly on key sales KPIs: pipeline value, conversion rates, and sales velocity
Represent GeroDigital at selected events, trade shows, or client meetings when needed
Requirements
Fluency in English is mandatory
Proficiency in Italian, Spanish or French is a strong plus
Proven experience in B2B sales with full-cycle ownership
Strong track record of closing deals and generating business value
Excellent communication, closing, and negotiation skills
Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
Comfortable working with performance-based incentives and KPIs
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of accountability

Compensation
We offer a competitive package combining a fixed salary with a performance-based variable component, directly linked to the long-term commercial value you generate for the company.
Base salary: €25,000 – €35,000 per year, depending on experience and autonomy.
Performance-based commissions: Calculated based on the actual financial impact and profitability of the clients you bring in.
There is no cap — the more sustainable value you help create, the more you earn.
The commission structure is transparent and reviewed regularly to ensure alignment with company growth goals.
