Our client is a Portuguese car rental company that grew rapidly and is now one of the largest in the country. It offers flexible mobility solutions, from passenger cars to commercial vehicles, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and service excellence, operating through dozens of stations nationwide.

They are looking for this proactive, entrepreneurial and creative leader who will contribute successfully with innovative initiatives to the organization and the industry. 

Job description:

In day-to-day work:

• Innovation in Mobility: Development of projects with a forward-thinking approach in the field of mobility.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborative work with internal and external teams aimed at achieving outstanding results.
• Research and Implementation: Implementation of digital practices and trends that add value to processes and products.
• Opportunity Identification: Proposing innovative technological ideas and solutions to enhance the organization’s efficiency and competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3 years in a similar position within mobility industry. 
• Education: Higher Education in Engineering, Management/Economics, IT or related areas, with focus on digital trasnformation. 
• Languages: Fluent written and spoken in both Portuguese and English. 
• Competences:
