Nimber is growing and were looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

Were a boutique software house and tech-driven consulting company, 2 years young, Lisbon-based, and already making waves in the world of custom-built digital products and IT consulting. We work with clients who trust us to build smart, scalable and meaningful tech and were just getting started.

This role is not for the faint-hearted. Were looking for a Business Manager whos ready to jump in, learn fast, and wear multiple hats. You might be fresh out of uni or just getting started in your career what matters to us is your energy, mindset, and hunger to build.

What youll be doing:

• Helping us run the business from recruitment to project coordination to client follow-ups.

• Supporting our operations, tracking the moving pieces, and making sure things just work.

• Learning (a lot) about tech, startups, consulting, and the people side of the business.

• Contributing to how we present ourselves from decks to pitches to social posts.

• Getting involved in internal projects and helping Nimber grow in structure and soul.

Who were looking for:

• Someone smart, organised and people-oriented.

• A curious mind with an entrepreneurial streak.

• Someone who wants to get their hands dirty and help shape a company, not just do tasks.

• Fluent in English & Portuguese (youll need both).

• Bonus points if youre into tech, design, communication, startups, or just making things better.
