Requisitos

Market prospecting and acquisition of new opportunities and clients;
Client management;
Team management in projects;
Career management of the team members;
Recruitment and selection of new employees for your team.

Degree in Management, Business Informatics, Engineering, or related fields;
+1 years of professional experience as a Business Manager in the Outsourcing/Consulting field;
Knowledge of the Information Technology Market;
Strong motivation for business development in the context of Outsourcing;
Dynamism and good communication skills;
Sense of responsibility, resilience, and good organizational skills;
Proficient level of English
