CONKORD (ReadinessIT Â· Ritain.io Â· Red.IT Â· Latitudde) is recruiting an Business Manager. We are growing and looking to strengthen team with someone eager to learn, develop, and be part of a group that believes technology and people go hand in hand.

Requisitos

Market prospecting and acquisition of new opportunities and clients;
Client management;
Team management in projects;
Career management of the team members;
Recruitment and selection of new employees for your team.

Degree in Management, Business Informatics, Engineering, or related fields;
+1 years of professional experience as a Business Manager in the Outsourcing/Consulting field;
Knowledge of the Information Technology Market;
Strong motivation for business development in the context of Outsourcing;
Dynamism and good communication skills;
Sense of responsibility, resilience, and good organizational skills;
Proficient level of English
