ITEN is a Portuguese company founded in August 2013 as a result of the merge between Prológica S.A and CPC.is. Today it employs about 250 workers and it has more than 25 years of experience in the IT Market.
And because of its dimension ITEN uses, as a business support, a variety of tools that ensure the activity and the excellence of its services.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
• Business Reporting and Analytical in all Sales aspects (Segments, PPGs, Sellers Attainment, Bridges, ad hoc requests).
• Drive Sales Forecast submission.
• Drive the Sales ROB including Pipeline review (quality, health, coverage and priority areas), Forecast review, Transformation Leading Indicators review, Top deals review, Deal/opportunity review, and Services sales business regular updates
• Ensure the appropriate processes are executed consistently throughout the Sales organization.
• Monitor process compliance and quality to ensure sales forecast accuracy discipline is part of the sales culture.
• Drive tool adoption and necessary process to create close plans for key deals on a monthly basis and ensure regular updates.
• Control on NWS and Public Cloud decrement process, by reviewing «audit cases» monthly and by driving max usage of remaining backlog with SPL. Include all negative transactions in NWS forecast shared with the Area.
• Marketing Campaigns follow-up and process definition with PPG Lead.
Experience and Skill Requirements:
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Attention to detail, whilst maintaining big picture perspective.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Working capacity and autonomy.
• Strong interpersonal and team working skills.
• Able to interact and influence senior management, with confidence in agreeing improvement action plans taking into account different and diverse working cultures.
• Adaptable working approach and ability to work in dynamic, high growth environment.
• Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbally.
• Problem solver and proven record of proactive-ness and taking initiative.
