We are looking for a Business Unit Manager to steer a key area of our operations forward. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Sales, Career Services, and Education teams to ensure seamless candidate placement and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will also excel at identifying and onboarding top talent (internally and externally), while maintaining a strategic vision over P&L ownership and stakeholder management. You’ll drive revenue growth, foster strategic partnerships, and oversee P&L—all contributing to our shared mission of transforming lives through education.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales, Business Development & Account Management
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
Nurture and expand existing client relationships, gathering feedback to enhance offerings.
Meet and exceed sales targets, with performance-based bonuses tied to margin objectives.
Provide exceptional client experiences through proactive communication and tailored solutions.
Talent Identification & Preparation
Oversee the candidate pipeline flow: receive CVs, validate profiles, and present opportunities to potential hires.
Collaborate with Career Services to ensure all candidates receive necessary coaching (e.g., CV writing, interview prep, technology training).
Deliver qualified talent to clients and maintain ongoing communication to monitor satisfaction and performance.
Operational & P&L Ownership
Drive operational efficiency within the business unit, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and profitability, taking full ownership of P&L outcomes.
Track performance metrics and generate insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Career Services Management and the Education team to align objectives, optimize resources, and improve the overall placement process.
Maintain transparent communication with key stakeholders, ensuring informed and timely decision-making.
Develop strategic partnerships that expand the brand’s reach and enhance market positioning.
Strategic Vision & Leadership
Formulate and execute short- and long-term strategies to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Demonstrated ability to manage P&L with a strategic mindset.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
High emotional intelligence and the capacity to coach and guide team members.
Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
