You will provide customer support to small and medium-sized businesses using online advertising solutions. From answering product questions to helping customers resolve issues, your work will contribute to a smooth and positive customer experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Support customers by phone, chat, and email.
• Provide guidance on advertising products and tools.
• Assist with pre-sales and post-sales enquiries.
• Help customers troubleshoot and understand available solutions.
• De-escalate challenging interactions professionally.
• Handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Maintain a helpful and friendly communication style.

Requirements:

• English at C1 level or above.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Empathy, patience, and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and work collaboratively.
• Confidence handling sensitive situations.

Role details:

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
• Work model: On-site.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• Rotating shifts.
• Intensive onboarding and training.

Candidates must already have legal authorisation to work in Portugal and currently reside in Lisbon.
