Family Mission

Ensuring the organization's legal risk management by implementing preventive and resolutive management methods with the organization's various companies, markets, departments and business areas, acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais' values, and with a view to optimizing the economic and financial efficiency of its activities. Ensuring the development of routine legal issues (Tax, Corporate, Labor) and supporting the management of the company's contracts, with a view to the legal adequacy of the company's activities and the reduction of lawsuits and losses.

Job Responsibilities

1) Disseminating and clarifying relevant legal concepts and aspects to other areas, proposing actions and measures to minimize legal risks for the organization;

2) Analyzing and/or drafting contracts and legal instruments, as well as monitoring the legality of documents, safeguarding the interests of the Group's companies;

3) Proposing and contesting lawsuits, monitoring the respective processes until final judgment.

3) To assist in mediation, negotiation and conciliation with the aim of resolving conflicts, gathering information, carrying out research, preparing reports and analysis;

4) Proposing and recommending strategies to direct the processes and causes requested by their hierarchical superior;

5) Providing support in negotiations and management of national and international contracts, under the coordination of their superior;

6) Providing legal representation for the Group in litigation, with a view to defending its interests;

7) Providing legal advice to other departments and areas of the Group in order to prevent and manage the risks involved.

Job Requirements

• Professional Experience (in years): 3 to 5 years
