Job Description:

Purpose

Reporting to the Site Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing change as part of our enterprise transformation program and contributing to comprehensive change management strategies, designing and executing change activities to prepare, inform, and support employees through various organizational changes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to support organizational transformation initiatives.

  • Facilitate and lead change management activities, including from/to framing, stakeholder analysis, pulse checks, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.

  • Collaborate to connect change management and related plans (i.e. communications, training, sponsor engagement, etc.) to ensure clear, consistent, and timely execution of change initiatives for all stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans and provide change management governance.

  • Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them lead change effectively within their teams.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Role model change management frameworks and influence models.

  • Develop, deliver, and maintain change management reporting to key stakeholders and executives.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating post-mortem reviews and identifying and implementing best practices in change management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, HR, or related field.

  • 3–7 years of handson experience in Change Management, ideally leading complex initiatives within large, matrixed organizations.

  • Solid knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools —experience with the CAP Model or consultingstyle delivery is an advantage.

  • Exceptional communication skills: you’re a talented writer, editor, and storyteller, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong project management abilities, with comfort handling multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience developing business cases for change, and ideally holding a relevant certification (e.g., PROSCI, PMP).

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.

  • Experience coaching leaders and teams through transition and transformation.

  • Advanced proficiency of English language, at C2 level (mandatory).

  • Experience driving change for operating model transformations or Global Business Services transitions (desirable).

  • Strategic thinking and strong problemsolving skills.

  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability.

  • Leadership and coaching skills, including confidence working with executives.

  • A proactive, handson approach — you’re a selfstarter who’s not afraid to “roll up your sleeves” to make change happen.
