We’re hiring a Junior Client Services Assistant to support our clients. You’ll be the face of the company, bridging our clients and our team. Your day to day tasks include:

Providing technical support to clients.
Logging support and service requests in our ticketing system.
Directing clients and their requests to the appropriate teams.
Being the point of contact between clients and our team.
Maintaining ongoing dialogue with clients throughout the process.

Requirements

Professional training in technology or IT.
Passion for technology and innovation.
Strong organisational and learning skills.
Team spirit, combined with autonomy and proactivity.
Experience in customer facing roles.
Ability to adapt to change in a technology driven environment.
Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
