ADAMA Pacific is looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Manager to drive growth across Northern NSW.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global crop protection company and play a key role in helping growers, retailers, and distribution partners succeed. Working closely with customers across the region, you'll lead territory planning, strengthen strategic relationships, support product launches, and deliver commercial outcomes that contribute to the ongoing success of ADAMA Australia.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth, and translating market insights into practical commercial solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Managing and growing sales, market share, and profitability across Northern NSW
- Developing and executing territory and key account plans to achieve commercial objectives
- Building strong relationships with rural distribution groups, retail outlets, consultants, and key growers
- Driving demand for ADAMA's crop protection solutions through proactive sales and marketing activities
- Supporting the successful launch and adoption of new products in the market
- Developing accurate sales forecasts and helping manage inventory requirements
- Preparing quotations, commercial proposals, and customer business plans
- Identifying market opportunities and communicating valuable market intelligence internally
- Working collaboratively with marketing, customer service, and regional colleagues to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Representing ADAMA professionally at customer meetings, industry events, field days, and presentations
- Managing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
What we are looking for:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles, ideally within the agricultural sector
- Strong understanding of rural distribution networks and customer engagement
- Demonstrated success in growing sales and implementing commercial plans
- Excellent relationship-building and account management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
- Ability to analyse market information and translate insights into action
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working autonomously
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory
Preferred qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Agsafe Accreditation
- Experience within crop protection, agronomy, ag retail, or broader agribusiness sectors
