We are hiring Outbound Sales Representatives for an opportunity in the insurance and healthcare protection sector in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through outbound telephone calls.
• Understand their healthcare and protection requirements.
• Present suitable health insurance plans.
• Explain product benefits and answer customer questions.
• Handle objections and convert prospects into customers.
• Work towards sales targets and customer acquisition goals.

What we are looking for:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls.
• A sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Previous telesales, insurance sales or customer acquisition experience is an advantage.

Salary and benefits:

• Base salary: €920 gross/month.
• Holiday allowance: €76.67/month.
• Christmas allowance: €76.67/month.
• Meal allowance: €7 per working day.
• Indicative monthly gross package: €1,220.33, based on 21 working days.
• Private health and dental insurance after contract signature, subject to eligibility.
• 22 days of annual leave.

Working conditions:

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal – on-site.
• 40 hours per week.
• Training: 5 working days plus up to 5 days of practical training.
• Initial contract: 12 months, with possibility of extension.
• Training compensation: €10 per day, subject to successful completion.
