Right now, we are looking for an Communication & Employee Experience Specialist to integrate our internal team of People & Culture, based in Lisboa.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Implement and drive Internal Communication initiatives aligned with the People & Culture strategy.
  • Develop content and manage the organization’s different Internal Communication channels.
  • Support the definition and execution of the annual Internal Communication, Engagement, Culture, and Wellbeing plan.
  • Plan and coordinate internal events, engagement initiatives, and celebratory moments.
  • Contribute to activating the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and strengthening the employer brand among employees.
  • Promote initiatives that enhance the employee experience and sense of belonging within the organization.
  • Collaborate with different teams and business areas to ensure clear, consistent, and aligned communication.
  • Support organizational transformation initiatives through internal communication actions.
  • Gather employee feedback and monitor engagement and communication metrics, proposing continuous improvements.
  • Work in coordination with other People & Culture areas on the implementation of cross -functional projects and initiatives.
  • Act as an ambassador for the organization’s culture and values.
You must have:
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Internal Communication, Employee Experience, Employer Branding, or similar roles.
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating corporate events and engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Degree in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Ability to create content tailored to different audiences and communication channels.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and execution -oriented profile.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Interest in and awareness of topics such as organizational culture, engagement, and employee experience.
  • Experience using internal communication and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and employee feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Familiarity with internal communication, engagement, and employee experience metrics.
We Value:
  • Previous experience in technology companies, IT services, or fast -paced, rapidly changing environments.
  • Knowledge of design, multimedia content production, and visual creation tools.
  • Experience in managing external suppliers and coordinating medium - to large -scale events.
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Knowledge of automation, analytics, and Digital Employee Experience tools.
  • Additional training or certifications in Communication, Employee Experience, Organizational Culture, or Employer Branding.
