Job Description

Responsibilities

• PR and Communication

• Press releases and external announcements: supervision/writing of local press releases and translation of international ones.

• Interviews: media management, interview questionnaires with the company spokespersons, key messages, Q&A and coordination of interview schedule.

• Presentations for events/meetings with private and public organizations.

• Media coverage reports by projects.

• Crises: media and client statements and releases.

• Sponsorships, events and congresses

• Event and sponsorships organization and coordination: budgets, communication strategy and materials, hospitality (tickets, spaces and catering), advertising, merchandising management and other materials (vouchers, discounts, etc.).

• Media and advertising plan

• Supervision of creativities: copywriting and relationship with media.

• Marketing Funds: Optimization of Marketing Funds: creative advertising, articles, adaptations, events, etc.

• Internal communications

• Internal communications: Drafting and sending of local internal communications and notices and translation and sending of international ones.

• Organization of internal meetings (Town Halls, etc.).

• eCommerce translations and support

• Manage the translation, adaptation, proofreading, and validation of eCommerce and marketing content for Portugal (PT-PT), ensuring high linguistic quality, on-time delivery, and consistency across all digital channels (website, CRM, banners, social media, app). This includes QA and UX checks on the website and App, as well as the sign-off of localized marketing materials such as digital banners, social media assets, and videos.

• Country marketing responsible

• Oversee the development and management of our rental services and digital platforms, optimizing rental offerings, aligning product strategies with business goals and deploying Iberia Marketing projects in Portugal to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

• Be the main point of contact for all country marketing requests, coming from our points of sales (operations) or other internal teams, as well as from the Iberia Marketing team product managers

• Ensure marketing and brand guidelines are respected and rolled out in Portugal , working with the support of a marketing agency.

Requirements

• Languages.

• Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.

• Residence.

• Based in Lisbon.

• Educational level.

• University degree in Marketing and Communication or similar.

• Specific knowledge.

• Advanced knowledge in communication, digital marketing and web environments.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

• Good knowledge of web analytics tools.

• Knowledge of Sales and Marketing.

• Previous experience.

• Experience in communication, PR and event management.

• Experience in digital campaign development.

• Experience in eCommerce.
