Community & Customer Support Specialist - German Speaker

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: 26 February 2026
Employment Type: Full-time
Contract: 6-month contract (strong potential for renewal)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 09:00–18:00

Our client is an iconic American motorcycle manufacturer and global lifestyle brand that has shaped motorcycle culture for decades. Renowned for its unmistakable V-twin engines, raw power, and a philosophy rooted in personal freedom, this brand represents more than motorcycles—it embodies a worldwide community driven by passion, identity, and the open road.

To support its growing European rider community, we are looking for a Community & Customer Support Specialist who lives and breathes motorcycle culture and thrives on meaningful human connections.

This is not a standard customer service role.
This is your chance to represent a legendary brand and deliver an experience worthy of its riders.

Your Mission

As the voice of the brand, you will be the first point of contact for riders, members, and partners—ensuring every interaction reflects authenticity, respect, and the spirit of freedom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, real-time chat, email, and social media with professionalism and warmth

  • Act as a primary liaison for the rider community, supporting members with program details, benefits, and onboarding

  • Provide knowledgeable guidance on motorcycle apparel, general merchandising, and Parts & Accessories (P&A)

  • Promote rallies, local dealership events, and community gatherings to boost engagement and brand loyalty

  • Support dealership contacts by assisting with how-to questions and facilitating collaboration across the network

  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and a Make Things Right mindset to build long-term trust

Requirements & Qualifications

Language Skills

  • German: C2 level (mandatory)

  • English: B2 level or higher

Professional Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple conversations across different channels simultaneously

  • Previous experience in customer service or community support

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, or chat platforms is a strong advantage

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Gross Monthly Salary: €1,100.00

  • Complexity Bonus: €100.00/month (paid for 11 months)

  • Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day

Health Insurance

  • Available from day 1 (monthly payment applies)

  • Free after 6 months of contract

  • Note: NIF & NISS are required for enrollment

Relocation & Accommodation

Relocation from outside Portugal

  • Room in a shared apartment

  • Rent and utilities included

  • Provided for up to 12 months (cost deducted from payslip)

Relocation within Portugal

  • Accommodation not provided if currently housed by a competitor
