About Boundless Life
Boundless Life is redefining the way families live, work, and learn by empowering them to embrace a nomadic lifestyle that fosters deeper connections and personal growth. We provide family-friendly accommodations, an innovative education system that travels with you, and vibrant communities of like-minded individuals. Our mission is to create immersive "live abroad" experiences that balance professional commitments with enriching personal development.
Since our founding in 2021, we've rapidly expanded to seven locations across Europe, Asia, and soon Latin America, bringing together over 140 team members from diverse backgrounds. Our growth reflects our commitment to transforming the experience economy and making a meaningful impact on how families integrate work, education, and exploration into their lives.
At Boundless Life, we believe in the power of community and the importance of a holistic approach to education. Our programs are designed to inspire curiosity, build resilience, and nurture a global perspective, preparing children for an ever-changing future.
Join us in pioneering a new way of living that harmoniously blends work, learning, and adventure, enabling families to thrive in a connected and dynamic world.
The role
We are seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial, community-driven individual to join our Boundless Sintra team — during a critical rebuilding and growth phase. This is not a corporate hospitality role. It’s a high-touch, fast-paced, immersive experience where you’ll be helping rebuild, stabilize, and energize a vibrant family community. Think of it as joining a startup-in-a-startup!
Your role is crucial to ensuring a high NPS, exceptional daily experience for our families, and bringing Boundless Life’s mission to life.
You will collaborate with the Experience and Operations teams to:
- Promptly resolve community requests via the ticketing tool.
- Ensure readiness for families' arrivals and take a hands-on approach during turnover and launch weeks.
- Proactively engage with families at every touchpoint of their journey.
- Build strong relationships with families, understanding their needs, interests, and community integration goals.
- Actively gather feedback and surface insights through constant, direct interaction.
- Welcome and onboard new families into the community — you will be the first face they see.
- Communicate upcoming activities and maximize family participation.
- Manage content for the internal UGC channel and help build the Boundless brand in social media.
- Enable a seamless information flow within the team — you are a communication bridge.
- Partner closely with the onboarding team for a smooth family arrival process.
- Participate in pre-arrival webinars and orientation sessions.
- Book services for families as requested.
- Own the energy and spirit of the Boundless community onsite.
You will be responsible for:
- Keeping the Welcome Guide fully updated at all times.
- Maintaining and updating EC/OPS brochures, manuals, and emergency documents.
- Keeping location Google Maps, inventories, and internal resources current.
- Creating and managing groups based on shared family interests.
- Empowering families to organize community-led events and initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities for community bonding well before families' arrival.
Success metrics:
- Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Number and quality of community-led activities
- Family satisfaction and engagement levels

- Previous experience working with third-party vendors is a plus.

Important Mindset for Success in Sintra
- You are joining during a rebuilding and fixing phase — not a polished or fully structured operation.

- If you love dynamic environments, creating joy for families, and building something meaningful with your own hands, you’ll thrive here!
