Community Specialist (German)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German speaking Community Specialist for their Lisbon office.

Position: Community Specialist

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Focus on achieving key performance indicators such as first-time resolution, operational efficiency, and service quality.
• Take full ownership of tasks, showing a high level of commitment while delivering exceptional support to stakeholders and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and process enhancements, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Resolve client or partner issues using creative problem-solving techniques, process analysis, and by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, understanding client sentiment and addressing concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
• Provide accurate and friendly support for inquiries related to channel performance, analytics, and technical issues.
• Act as an internal consultant by sharing insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product and service enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in German (C2), both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or client support, preferably in a contact center or fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
• Background or familiarity with digital advertising, media planning, social media campaigns, or related areas is a plus.
• Technologically savvy with a good understanding of internet technologies, software tools, and Microsoft Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging based on the audience.
• Comfortable speaking to both small groups and larger audiences as needed.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, ever-changing work environment.
