The Role
We are looking for a Compliance Control & Risk Management Team Leader to join our client's team in Portugal.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team working within the Compliance Control and Risk Management area.
You will help ensure that the team's activities run smoothly, support team performance and contribute to effective compliance, control and risk management processes.

What we're looking for
Previous Team Management / Team Leader experience
Mandatory experience with CCRM
French: C1 or native level
(B2 may be considered if you are very comfortable using French professionally)
English: C1 or native level
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
Must already be based in Porto

Work Model
First month: 100% onsite
After the first month, if autonomy is demonstrated: 50/50 hybrid model

Salary & Benefits
€33,780 – €35,400 gross/year
€12 meal allowance per working day
