Work Schedule: 24/7 Rotative Shifts (On-Site)
Salary: 1,000/month x 14 months
Work Type: On-Site, 100%

Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented and resilient Italian-speaking Content Moderators to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Content Moderator, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe and positive online environment by reviewing, monitoring, and moderating user-generated content according to platform policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content for compliance with platform guidelines

• Evaluate and escalate violations, safety risks, and harmful content

• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ensure timely and quality decisions within agreed SLAs

• Stay updated on policy changes and workflow procedures

Shifts (Rotational, Monday to Sunday)

• Morning: 07:00 16:00

• Afternoon: 14:00 23:00

• Night: 22:30 07:30

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (C1 or above)

• Good English communication skills (B1 or above)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive content

• Eligible to work in Portugal (see accepted documentation below)

Relocation Support

If relocating from outside Portugal:

• Reimbursement of airfare up to 400 (after 180 days of contract) Economy Class

• Hotel accommodation for up to 28 days (project-dependent)

If relocating from within Portugal:

• Reimbursement of travel expenses up to 150 (after 180 days of contract) Economy Class

• Hotel accommodation for up to 15 days (project-dependent)
