Content Moderator

We are recruiting a Content Moderator to join a growing team based in Porto. About the Role

You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating digital content, ensuring platforms remain safe, compliant and aligned with established guidelines. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle sensitive material professionally and a consistent approach to quality and productivity.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Reviewing and moderating digital content in line with platform policies and quality standards
• Identifying content that violates guidelines and taking appropriate action
• Processing high volumes of content accurately and efficiently
• Escalating complex or sensitive cases to the relevant internal teams
• Consistently meeting productivity and quality benchmarks

What We Are Looking For

• Native or proficient in Romanian — mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of content
• Resilient and professional approach when handling sensitive material
• Good organisational skills and ability to meet daily targets
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate digital platforms

What Is on Offer

• Base Salary per 14 months
• Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per day (net)
• Welcome Bonus
• Health Insurance from day 1 — free after 6 months of contract
• Relocation support: shared accommodation for up to 12 months for candidates moving from outside Portugal
• On-site position based in Porto, Portugal
• Start date: 26 March 2026

Schedule:

• Full-time position, Monday to Sunday
• Current shift: 09:00 – 18:00 with 2 rotative days off
• Evening shift to be introduced: 13:00 – 22:00
