About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual Content Moderator fluent in Greek and English to join our team in Lisbon. In this on-site role, you will review content on an e-commerce platform, ensure policy and legal compliance, maintain high quality standards, and help guarantee the safety of uploaded content.

Key Responsibilities

Guarantee product and service standards within the e-commerce platform.

Apply rational decision-making with local market expertise.

Ensure high standards of quality while reviewing content.

Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards.

Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards.

Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.

Escalate issues to the company in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

Fluent/native-level Greek and English proficiency.

Strong content moderation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated rational decision-making abilities with local market expertise.

Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and practices.

Ability to cope effectively with peaks in queue volumes, especially during promotion seasons.

Strong customer service skills and empathy.

Flexibility to adapt to policy changes and shifting schedules while adhering to standard operating protocols.

Welcome bonus paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year of employment.
