About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate short-form video content in Dutch.
• Identify and flag content that violates community guidelines (e.g., cybercrime, hate speech, graphic material).
• Ensure platform safety and accuracy in content curation.
• Collaborate with international teams to uphold content standards.

Training & Onboarding:
Start strong with a fully paid, 10-day training program that includes:

• Hands-on product education
• Real-world moderation simulations
• Tools and platform training
  Earn 254.80 during training!

Working Hours & Conditions:

• Schedule: 40 hours/week (rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, 24/7)
• Shifts: 8-hour shifts + 1-hour paid break
• Vacation: 22 paid days off per year (Portuguese labor law)
• Public holidays: Compensated if worked

Salary & Relocation Package:
Without Accommodation: 1,556.06 gross/month
With Company Accommodation: 1,296.12 gross/month
(includes shared housing in Lisbon)
