Content Moderator - German, Italian, Spanish or French Speakers

We are looking for native speakers of German, Italian, Spanish or French who want to join our team as Content Moderators. This role is all about using your language skills and cultural knowledge to review content, ensure quality standards and keep the online shopping world running smoothly.

• Become an expert on products and services standards of a leading e commerce platform
• Review content carefully and quickly while keeping high quality standards
• Make sure content complies with policies, legal requirements and safety guidelines
• Stay flexible to adapt to policy updates, changes in schedules and new procedures
• Escalate issues when needed following the right steps

• Native speaker of German, Italian, Spanish or French

• Strong moderation skills with excellent verbal and written communication
• Rational decision making and good knowledge of your local market
• Understanding of e commerce and how people shop online
• Ability to stay focused even during busy promotion seasons
• Empathy, professionalism and customer service mindset
