We are looking for a Romanian-speaking Content Moderator to join a social media project in Porto. In this role, youll review and moderate online content, ensuring community guidelines are respected and users enjoy a safe, positive experience.

What You'll Do

• Review and moderate content (text, images, video) according to policies

• Audit user behaviour to ensure compliance with platform rules

• Analyse reports and apply decisions to sensitive cases

• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and user experience

• Apply nuanced judgment in fast-changing, context-dependent situations

What Were Looking For

• Fluent Romanian (C1) and English (B2)

• At least 6 months of relevant experience (content review, moderation, or similar)

• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
