Content Moderator (Turkish)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Turkish speaking Content Moderator to join their teams in Porto.

Position: Content Moderator

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work model: On-site

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide a content regulation service for a social media platform
• Ensure that the platform's content and user accounts are accurately reviewed and actioned to ensure the safety of all users
• Maintain a high level of quality in each case reviewed
• Act according to social media policies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level), English (B2), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• Ability to develop skills within a short period of time
• Resilient working in a face paced environment 
• Ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies
• A high level of emotional intelligence and patience to effectively manage difficult or emotional customer interactions
• Motivated and positive attitude
• High attention to detail
