Salary is EUR 1,100 per month gross with 14 salaries per year and bonuses of EUR 100 per month gross with 12 bonuses per year

What You'll Do in This Role

As a Content Moderator, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and positive online environment by:

• Reviewing content promptly while ensuring high-quality standards are met.

• Addressing reported issues efficiently within agreed timelines.

• Collaborating closely with our client by escalating matters according to established guidelines.

• Monitoring user behavior to effectively enforce community policies.

• Applying clear and consistent guidelines across a variety of content types.

• Handling sensitive situations independently, always upholding the platforms values.

• Demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality in every interaction.

Your Qualifications

We believe you'll thrive with us if you:

• Are fluent in German (C1 level) both spoken and written.

• Have strong English skills (B2 level) in both communication and writing.

• Hold a college degree or an equivalent diploma.

• Understand the e-commerce landscape.

• Have experience in content moderation or related services.

• Are flexible to work in 24/7 rotating shifts.

• Possess sharp moderation skills and make thoughtful decisions with local market insight.

• Are comfortable using social media platforms and have a basic grasp of digital advertising.
