What You'll Do:

• Review and evaluate user-reported content on websites

• Monitor daily compliance and apply corrective measures

• Make fair, policy-based decisions to resolve cases

• Suggest improvements to community support processes

• Handle sensitive content with professionalism and care

What We're Looking For:

• Professionally Fluent Italian (C1+) + Good English (B2)

• Strong attention to detail & analytical mindset

• Excellent communication & time management skills

• Fast learner, adaptable, and team-oriented

• No prior experience required full training provided!
