Content Reviewer - E-commerce platform

You'll play a vital role in shaping online experiences, ensuring that harmful or inappropriate content is swiftly addressed with empathy, consistency, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and moderate content posted by users on the platform
• Assess flagged posts for violations of community guidelines or legal requirements
• Respond to content-related queries
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to specialized teams
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on platform policies and global standards

Requirements

• C2 level in one of these languages: German, Italian, French or Spanish
• English B2 
• Strong judgment, resilience, and ability to make fast, fair decisions
• Availability to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with sensitive content across diverse cultural contexts
