Content Reviewer (Yoruba)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Yoruba-speaking Content Reviewer for their Lisbon office.  

Position: Content Reviewer (Yoruba and/or Hausa)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review online content, social media posts, webpages and advertisements in accordance with client policies and guidelines

• Analyse images, videos, text and user accounts to identify potential policy violations

• Escalate content that breaches client policies using internal tools and procedures

• Maintain high levels of quality and accuracy when reviewing assigned cases

• Meet daily and weekly productivity, quality and operational targets

• Prioritise workload effectively while adapting to changing business needs

• Monitor global events, emerging trends and sensitive topics relevant to content review activities

• Document findings and provide recommendations during internal and client meetings

• Support additional markets and workflows when required using translation tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Yoruba, both oral and written

• Upper-intermediate English (B2), both written and spoken

• Full eligibility to live and work in Portugal without restrictions

• Strong analytical, critical thinking and decision-making skills

• Comfortable reviewing sensitive, explicit or potentially disturbing online content in an objective manner

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to apply policies consistently

• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic and resilience under pressure

• Flexibility to support additional markets and business needs when required.
