Why this job is important

As a Continuous Improvement Senior Specialist, you will play a central role in how we strengthen and optimise the services delivered by Kantar Business Services (KBS). You will help shape the performance culture of our Enabling Functions by providing meaningful insights that support smarter, data‑driven decisions. Your work will influence how our processes evolve, how teams collaborate, and how we embed new ways of working across our global organisation.
In this role, you’ll partner with senior leaders to drive the maturity of our Continuous Improvement (CI) framework, ensuring it is robust, forward‑looking, and aligned with Kantar’s operating model. By combining analytical thinking, curiosity, and a passion for problem‑solving, you’ll help us understand what drives performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide the delivery of long‑term value. This is an opportunity to make a real impact—enhancing service quality, improving efficiency, and supporting our ambition to become an indispensable brand partner to clients around the world.

What you’ll be doing

  • Measuring and monitoring performance across all KBS service lines, providing insight into key performance indicators that drive high‑quality delivery.
  • Leading diagnostic reviews using data, process mining, and root‑cause analysis to understand drivers of performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to define annual CI priorities and support the development of performance improvement roadmaps.
  • Facilitating problem‑solving workshops such as Kaizen events, Design Thinking sessions, and Lean activities across cross‑functional teams.
  • Working closely with Automation, AI, and Product teams to identify automation use cases and track value delivered.

The ideal skills & experience

  • Strong experience working in a Global Business Services (GBS) environment, ideally partnered with outsourced teams.
  • Proven background in performance measurement, KPI design, and data‑driven decision making.
  • Ability to identify, analyse, and deliver continuous improvement opportunities with confidence and curiosity.
  • Experience collaborating with automation or digital transformation teams.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
