Where mastering Salesforce product meets sales operations and customer case management for the leading Industrial IoT cloud-native company. 

You will own Salesforce product operation and customization for Anova. This is a temporary role with opportunity to turn into a permanent position.  

What you’ll do: 

• All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, Organization Wide Defaults (OWD), sharing rules. 

• Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders. 

• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports. 

• Salesforce Sandbox environment management and 3rd party tools integration maintenance, e.g. Pandadoc, PagerDuty, DocuSign, SendGrid, Microsoft Azure Data Factory, Databricks, etc. 

• Identify and gather Sales, Marketing, CRM and Product Management requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience. 

• Create project documentation, including user interface guides, training documentation or other functional specific documents and change orders. 

• Collaborate with IT and engineering stakeholders to connect and integrate diverse data sources such as ERPs, and IoT platforms.  

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy for all Salesforce data. 

• Identify unused or underutilized platform features. 

What you'll need to succeed: 

Required: 

• At least 3+ years' of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience and/or Salesforce Solution Development 

• Problem-solving, critical-thinking, self-motivated and results oriented kind of person 

• Skilled and effective communicator with an hands-on, rollup the sleeves attitude 

• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels 

• Fluent speaker of English 

Desirable: 

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Management 

• Salesforce.com Developer, Admin or App Builder certification 

• Working experience with Salesforce Eistein GPT 

• Exposure to Azure Cloud based Data services 

• Working experience with Azure DataBricks 

• Knowledge and experience using a distributed version control system (e.g Git)
