CS Specialist Fashion & Lifestyle Brand

Location: Lisbon, Portugal 

Work Model: On-Site initially → Hybrid after 3 months

Language Required: Dutch (mother tongue) + English (C1 minimum)

Schedule: Rotative shifts — details confirmed at interview

Start Date: 17 April 2026

Contract: 12-month fixed term → Permanent after 2 years

Salary: Base × 14 payments | Meal allowance 7€/day | Christmas & Holiday allowances included

Bonus / Extra: Accommodation benefit-in-kind available (tax-free until 31 Dec 2026)

Relocation: Accommodation support available for candidates relocating to Lisbon

About the Role

Support Dutch-speaking customers for a portfolio of globally recognised fashion and lifestyle brands — including Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. You will handle queries on orders, returns, sizing, and account management. After 3 months on-site, the role transitions to hybrid — a practical benefit for those settling into life in Lisbon.

What You Will Do

• Provide Dutch-language customer support for fashion and lifestyle brand customers
• Handle orders, returns, size exchanges, loyalty programme queries, and account issues
• Deliver a brand-consistent, premium customer experience
• •       Meet quality and productivity KPIs
• •       Document all interactions accurately
• Participate in brand training and team briefings

What We Are Looking For

• •       Dutch mother tongue
• •       English C1 
• •       Customer service experience preferred
• Interest in fashion and lifestyle brands is a plus
• •       EU ID, valid Portuguese residence permit, or equivalent
