Schedule: Sunday to Friday | 05:00–20:00 rotative | Saturday always off + 1 rotative day off | Uber reimbursed up to €25 for early shifts

Contract: CDD 6 months

Salary: Base × 14 months | Meal allowance 7.63€/day

Bonus / Extra: €180 complexity bonus × 11 months

Relocation: Shared accommodation for relocators from outside Portugal (up to 12 months). 

About the Role

Support German-speaking business owners with their online presence and digital tools. The €180 monthly complexity bonus is among the highest available in Lisbon at this level. Early shift commutes covered by Uber up to €25. Digital marketing or web design knowledge is non-negotiable.

What You Will Do

• Provide German-language support to business customers on websites and digital presence
• Assist with digital marketing, domain management, and e-commerce platform issues
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions
• Handle billing, subscription, and account management queries
• • Meet quality and productivity KPIs
• • Document all interactions accurately

What We Are Looking For

• • German mother tongue
• • Good English skills
• Mandatory: genuine experience or solid knowledge of digital marketing and/or web design
• Comfortable with early morning shifts (05:00 start) — Uber covered
• • EU ID, valid Portuguese residence permit, or equivalent
